MEETING & EVENTS
The Stratford Limes Hotel offers an ideal venue for corporate business meetings. Since opening, we have forged relations with many local businesses who inform us that a relaxed and friendly environment can provide a more productive and constructive meeting.
We offer the choice of two comfortable private meeting rooms: The smaller room accommodates up to 10 delegates. If you require a larger room to accommodate more delegates please contact us direct and we can discuss your requirements.
Small Meeting Room - £50+vat.
Large Meeting Room - £100+vat (available from 10.30am onwards).
Buffet lunch - can be provided at a cost of £15+vat per person (min 6 people). Includes a selection of juices.
Coffee Break - tea/coffee, biscuits & pastries - £3.50+vat per person.
Projector & Screen Hire - £10+vat per day.
Flip Chart and pens are included in room price.

a Tea, coffee & cold drinks are available throughout the day at an extra cost .
